As part of our empowerment initiatives we ensure we plant 10,000 trees per annum within the local communities to ensure bio diversity and replenishment of trees which are very important to the environs.

Sustainability

  1. Conservation Agriculture
  2. We focus on minimal soil disturbance through zero or low tillage, permanent soil cover using crop residue, the benefits for this include preventing erosion, increasing organic matter, and improving moisture retention and soil biodiversity.

  3. Integrated Pest Management (IPM)
  4. We use IPM method to minimizes pesticide usage by combining insect-resistant crop varieties, regular field monitoring for timely targeted application, use of biological controls like biopesticides, and cultural practices like intercropping and use of insect traps that deter pests. This helps curbs resistance and ecological impact.
